The big 30!

My parents just celebrated 30 years of marriage last week.  I am so thankful for my parents and for their amazing example of marriage and for teaching me by example what it takes.  I have learned so much from them and can hardly wait until my three years turns into 30.

Jenae and Shane's temple sealing

My sweet cousin Jenae was sealed to her husband at the temple last month. It was special to attend their sealing and feel of their love for one another.  Their kids are truly adorable and we had a wonderful time. 

Congrats you guys!  We adore you!

Knock, Knock

{ Birthday } Dinner

We celebrated Brian's birthday last week by having dinner at our favorite steakhouse.  It was an incredible dinner and as always we enjoyed every last bite.

The manager approached our table to see how our meal had been when Brian shocked us all by saying, "This is such a fine establishment. . . It's like eating at Nordstroms!"

I think I laughed for five minutes straight.

{ Scout } Camp 2011

Brian and I got up earlier than we have all year, to take our boys to scout camp up at camp tracy last week.    We had an awesome time learning new things, earning merit badges, trying out new skills, observing wildlife, getting dirty, and wearing ourselves out!  

Our boys really enjoyed the experience and we did too.  I think after we all went home and took a nap!
